- Our Client is India's one of the best Dance Academy, founded by the belief in celebrating life with joy and passion. Our Client is recognized internationally for choreography and artistic performances and from last 22 years into the world of entertainment and performing arts.

The Job

Your Responsibilities will include :

- Marketing and brand awareness.

- Studying competitor's behavior and strategies

- Designing marketing collateral, Direct marketing.

- Cold calling or calling on the auto generated leads, generating sales leads, following up with them and converting them into sales.

- Generating sales leads through various marketing initiatives.

- Generating Sales : Direct and Indirect mode.

- Agile with the new trends in the market for generating leads through digital modes.

- Achieving monthly and annual targets.

- Increasing business opportunities in the field of operations.

- Reporting sales activities to the manager.

- Acquiring new clients and making good relationship and generating business from existing clients.

- Increasing business opportunities.

- Expanding customer base by meeting, convincing clients on a constant basis.

- Preparing, maintaining, updating and send daily sales reports.

- Preparing E-mailers and Powerpoint Presentation.

Ideal Candidate

Skills Required :

- You have at least 3 years experience ideally in Business Development/Account Manager (B2B), Event Management or Sales (B2C) within Media & Entertainment and Professional Services industry.

- Should be strong in sales follow-Ups & post sales feedback.

- You possess solid expertise in Direct Sales.

- Experience within would be a strong advantage.

- Experience within Professional Services would be a strong advantage.

- You have solid experience in a regional role ideally including experience covering India.

- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.

- You are a strong networker & relationship builder.

- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments.

- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.

- You are willing to undertake 0-30% travel.
