Managing team of Advisors and Business partners.
Dealing with clientele issues.
Recruitment of potential financial advisors and Leaders.
Building relations with the Leader.
Supporting them to achieve their goals.
Innovating new ideas and new strategies for consistent business flow.
Building up a network of dedicated Leaders as per area potential
Products planning and implementation based on client needs.
Training the advisors and business partners.
