Manager - Sales & Marketing - BFSI (2-3 yrs)
Job Description:
- Identify the training needs of the agency and work with Trainers to improve the same.
- Maintain Daily Reports.
- To find new leads.
- Research and identify new business opportunities.
- Meeting planned sales goals.
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
- Maintain good working relationships with customers.
- Maintain necessary data and records for future reference.
- Position of Team Leader.
- To Manage agency channel sales team and sales team is responsible for managing agents, training agents, and achieving sales targets.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience: 2+ Years in Field Sales and Marketing
- CTC: Up to 4.00 LPA + Incentive + Performance Bonus + Others Benefits
- Job Type: Full Time-On Roll
- Age: 21 to 38 years
- Education: Any Graduation
- Candidate: Local Candidate
