Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Oversees the needs assessment for training and staff development to enhance the effectiveness of Financial Advisors' performance in achieving the goals and objectives of the company.
- Identifies and incorporates best practices and lessons learned into program plans.
- Designs and develops Sales Strategy for your team to achieve your team's goals
- Reviews and evaluations work of your team and guide them accordingly
- Pre and Post-sales support
Who Can Apply?
Bachelor Degree in any Field
Age should be between 24 to 38 Years
One to Two Plus Years of Experience in Sales and Marketing
Strong communications Skills
Negotiation Skills
Ability to Coach, Mentor and Guide Others
