Manager - Sales & Marketing - BFS (1-3 yrs)
We need an ideal sales manager who has in-depth knowledge of and experience with the sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals.
Roles and Responsibility:
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets successfully
- Managing the sales team
- Agent hiring and build a team of Agents
- Meeting with the clients
- Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Must be Graduations
Age: 21 to 37 Years
CTC: Up to 2.40 LPA + Incentive + Other benefit
Min. 1 years Exp. in any Sales & Marketing / BFSI Scoter
