Role :
- Find advisors and Agency Partners.
- Organize the trainings for the regulations
- Control choreography on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Hold daily, weekly, and monthly meetings with Agency partners.
- A monthly goal-setting process that considers income
- Collaborative field work to source insurance policies with Agency partners and advisors
- Promote business issuances and submissions.
- As part of the issuing procedure, cases that were pending for documentation and medicals were cleared.
- Work on increasing the percentage of first-time submissions that are correct. attain monthly goals and objectives.
- Motivate agency partners and advisors to participate in various contests and sales enablers.
- Daily updates on the state of the company and contest eligibility.
- Maintain positive relationships with all parties involved, including distributors and customers.
