Your Responsibilities Include :
- Developing and implementing sales strategies for an increase of market share and profitability on a sustainable basis in line with Business Plan
- To establish coverage, distribution and display objectives to meet sales targets.
- Create and execute a marketing strategy.
- Must have connections in the retail segment of FMCG Food Products.
- Weekly visits in the Retail outlets.
- Build a good relationship with the retailers.
- Responsible for target achievement of the assigned territory
- Closely work with retail outlets and purchase managers.
- Develop and execute new offline marketing techniques.
- Come up with unique marketing ideas.
- Team management.
The Ideal Candidate Should Be :
- FMCG Food industry experience, preferably baby food products.
- Online Marketing knowledge will be an added advantage
- Good communication in English & Hindi is required and local languages as well.
