Manager - Sales & Marketing (4-15 yrs)
- New dealer/retailer development
- To represent the organisation in case of customer complaints and queries
- To identify new growth opportunities and develop strategic planning, market analysis, tactical sales support etc.
- Sales projections & rolling sales estimation
New Product development
- To Plan, execute and review the business plan in close coherence with the team.
- Ensuring that the sales plans are implementable & executionable

- Sales Management and Leadership: Clear vision for Sales Force is established and articulated, and plans, processes and structures are in place to ensure achievement
- Work closely with Sales to provide planning support and post-sale account management to clients
- Presentation Specialist to create appropriate proposals for business as well as proactive sales initiatives.
