Marketing Manager

- New dealer/retailer development

- To represent the organisation in case of customer complaints and queries

- To identify new growth opportunities and develop strategic planning, market analysis, tactical sales support etc.

- Sales projections & rolling sales estimation

New Product development

- To Plan, execute and review the business plan in close coherence with the team.

- Ensuring that the sales plans are implementable & executionable

- To help the operations head in achieving of set targets for the year.

- New Product Launches monitoring

- Ensuring Implementation of the sales Plans through regular interaction with the Stockiest / Dealers/ Sales Teams.

- Field working with sales /service team to get a feel of the market

- Responsible for preparing & implementing sales strategies

- Analyze sales territory to develop new business opportunities

- Work closely with the business, sales, supply chain, operations and distribution personnel to improve overall supply chain from improved demand signals

- Strategic Planning: Provide specific analysis where necessary to help business improve efficiency and effectiveness

- Sales Management and Leadership: Clear vision for Sales Force is established and articulated, and plans, processes and structures are in place to ensure achievement

- Work closely with Sales to provide planning support and post-sale account management to clients

- Presentation Specialist to create appropriate proposals for business as well as proactive sales initiatives.

- Product wise business planning

- To create and implement new Ideas
