Manager - Sales & Marketing (2-4 yrs)
Job description :
- Estimating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies.
- Generating new business leads
- Increasing brand awareness by providing sales and services to the potential customers
- Developing and managing your team by proving training and support in closing the leads
- Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management
- Promoting the company's products and brand at trade shows and major industry-related events
Required Candidate Profile:
- 2 to 3 Years of experience in sales and marketing
- Excellent communication skills
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Strong relationship building skills
Salary: 2.40 to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Performance Bonus + Others
