We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager.
Job description :
- Building a strong relationship with the sales team of the channel partners
- To ensure quality advisors are being recruited and developed
- Planning and target setting for the agent sales team
- Formulating sales strategies for different products and achieving targets Sales
- Training, motivating, and development of team members
- Find new leads.
Requirements:
- Experience: Min. 2 Year in Sales and Marketing
- CTC: Up to 2.55/2.76 LPA + Incentive + Performance Bonus + Others Benefits
