Location for position:- South region (excluding Kerala)
Job Description :
- Defining the Sales Strategies for achieving Sales Targets as set by the Organization through effecting planning and budgeting
- Create the sales structure & model, create strategies for market penetration and increasing market share
- Analyzing past sales performance, designing and implementing plans for contributing to the top line of the organization
- Target planning, delegation of targets, continued monitoring and implementation of strategies as defined. Supervising and managing the Sales Team
- Other Specific Requirement: Somebody who has experience to work with gov. officers, contractors working for municipal contracts.
Industrial Experience :
- Technical Background
- Worked in Expensive Equipment, Work for manufacture and covering large (few states) area, not for a dealer where he is concentrated on small customers.
- Somebody who has experience to work with gov. officers, contractors working for municipal contracts.
Basic Qualifications: Engineering, MBA
Relevant / Technical Experience : 7 years
