Job Responsibilities :

- Develop and increase network through channels such as architect, interior designers, project management consultants, and builder to increase the base of the customers and maximize the sales.

- Build, Develop, promote and maintain a strong and effective relationship with the network channels and get the maximum project from them.

- Schedule a suitable meeting with the client and give absolute information and presentation about the smart home solutions, product features and benefits and how these solutions enhance the living experience.

- Ensures that the clients visit the demo rooms.

- Presents demo to the client in a manner that gives admiration awareness, importance and benefit of having smart solutions to make living comfortable, secure and energy positive.

- Understand the customer needs to the core, explains solutions well and give him a reason to buy.

- Coordinate with the customers to get the electrical diagram to understand and sells the need.

- Prepares a quotation error-free and shared it with the customer to avoid any kind of confusions and bad experience.

- Coordinate with the operations team and keep them informed about the commitments and deployment timings

- Coordinate with the finance team as and when required.

- Keeps a complete understanding of the new projects and figure out the way to grab the business opportunities.

- Keeps complete understand of the business and its competitor's product, solutions, price, and technological change and update back to the Management.

- Is enthused to give a great experience to the customers at every stage of the sales process cycles.

- Understand the preferences of the customers and applies behavioral science in the sales cycles

- Keep always brand and its value on the top at every stage of the dealing with the customers.

- Company's aim is to maintain a superior level of integrity in interaction with the channel partners and customers and therefore, professionals are expected to adhere to the highest level of ethics and integrity that assures company's values system.
