2. Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement
3. Develop individual quotas and assign territories for team members
4. Coach, mentor and provide feedback to team members

Desired Candidate : B. Tech (Civil / Mechanical) with 4+ years of experience in Sales and marketing with Pre Engineered Building/Roofing industry.
