Our company is a part of an international group that provides turnkey solutions in engineering and manufacturing of fittings, fixtures and spare parts for individual projects as well as for complete technology cycles. We have been cooperating with medium and large scale enterprises since 2012.

The services we specialize in:

- Designing and manufacturing mechanical, semi-automatic and automatic equipment and fixtures

- Manufacturing various customized and non-standard tooling for workshops

- Carrying out mechanical and thermal processing of metals and alloys

- Converting paper drawings and schemes into digital format

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Engineering Manager to join our team. As a Sales Engineering Manager, you will play an important role in driving sales growth, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Role Description:

- Engage with clients to understand their requirements and propose suitable solutions.

- Present solutions to clients and effectively negotiate and close deals.

- Prepare and deliver presentations, handle objections, and finalize deals.

- Work closely with sales executives to address generated queries and take necessary actions.

- Coordinate with accounts and delivery departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment.

- Respond promptly to incoming emails and calls, particularly hot leads.

- Cold call potential clients and lead generation.

- Coordinate with the design team and technical coordinator to develop customized solutions and pricing.

- Organize virtual and physical meetings with clients to discuss solutions and address concerns.

- Monitor payment and delivery tracking to ensure timely completion.

- Gather the client database if no work is scheduled.

- Work with CRM and other software used within the company.

- Collaborate with the marketing team on ongoing and upcoming campaigns, providing valuable feedback.

- Conduct competitor analysis and market research as required, acting as a client when necessary.

Whom we are looking for:

1. Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

2. Minimum of 5 years of work experience in the machine tooling and fixtures industry with practical application knowledge.

3. At least 1 year of sales experience in machine tooling and fixtures.

4. Extroverted personality with the ability to lead discussions.
