Job Description :
- The role is responsible for managing sales in a specific territory.
- The key accountabilities include business development and increase in market share by addition of new customers, retention of existing customers and managing outstanding credit collections in the territory.
- Role holder should be able to strategically drive the sales by maintain top line with profitability.
- Provide guidance to Sales Executives to achieve the desired growth.
- Increase the market share of by adding new clients and customers.
- Keeping a check of daily/weekly/monthly sales in line of the defined budget & strategy and ensure the team is moving with the organization's defined direction.
