- Our client is a young and dynamic team who started this company in 2012. Since then they have been steadily growing and venturing into all verticals of the logistics arena. Our client has its own fleet of vehicles & trailers that provide the most efficient transport & logistics solutions all around India.

The Job

Your responsibilities will include :

- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence

- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives

- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

- Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

Ideal Candidate :

- Must have relevant experience.

- Must have GPA of at least 2 times more than salary.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in the freight forwarding/logistics/shipping industry.

- Proven track record in sales, with a focus on achieving targets and driving business growth.

- Strong knowledge of logistics operations, industry trends, and market dynamics.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with clients and build long-term relationships.

- Ability to identify new business opportunities, develop sales strategies, and close deals.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client needs and provide effective solutions.

- Proficient computer skills, including the use of CRM software, MS Office, and other relevant tools.

- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

- Exceptional organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

- Flexibility to adapt to changing business requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.
