Manager - Sales - Loan Process (2-10 yrs)
The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.
JD :
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for sales and overseeing sales operations. You will identify new business opportunities, conduct market research and analysis, develop and implement sales strategies, and meet sales targets. You will also be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with customers and other stakeholders, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent
- Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives
Qualifications :
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field.
- 2- 4 years of experience in sales.
- Candidates should have their own vehicle.
- Good Cibil score
- Good knowledge in Business loans, Machinery loan, LAP, working Capital, Secured & Unsecured loans.
- Experience in the finance or banking industry is a plus.
