Manage entire sales operations of the zonal centres of Client
- Handling walk-in customers in a manner that instills confidence and encourages them to transact with Client by:
- Handling customer queries related to company profile, offering, and services
- Making customer aware about benefits at Client
- Taking customer through the loan application process
- Explaining Client's safety measures and security protocols to help customers overcome any and all apprehensions.
- Conduct marketing activities around the centre for branding and lead generation
- Leading the effort to achieve the sales targets assigned to the centre
- Coordinating with Sales and Inside sales team for enhancing walk-ins
- Ensuring that the customer receives the highest standard of service
- Improve client retention through great customer service
