- Acquire new clients and Increase engagement of existing client by providing complete financial planning solutions.
- Generate leads and close your own pipeline of business.
- Ensuring that one on one meeting with the DSA is fixed up for better business prospects.
- Making presentations to DSA on Company's business and functioning.
- Nurturing relationships with DSAs to understand their business needs and requirements.
- Revenue generation through new and existing clients.
- Validate MI for the DSAs payout.
- Coordinate with HO for any support and also for the DSAs payout.
- Managerial abilities with leadership skills.
- Ability to meet goals.
- Strong communication and Customer service skills
- Strong sense of Attention to Detail
