Job Description:
Seeking a Sales Manager for LAP/HL products in Hyderabad & Chennai. Requirements: 4-8 years sales experience, 3 years team handling, minimum 50L ticket size LAP/HL via DSA channel. Any graduation, age <32, good CIBIL score. Immediate joiners preferred.
Responsibilities :
- Lead sales team to meet LAP/HL targets via DSA channel.
- Develop strategies, recruit, train, and motivate team.
- Maintain DSA relationships, monitor market trends, ensure compliance.
- Provide regular reports to management.
Requirements :
