Job Title: Sales Manager ll Loan Against Property, Home Loan

Experience: Minimum 3 years in Home Loan/Loan Against Property (LAP), preferably in Banking/NBFCs, with a background in Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA/DST).
Responsibilities :
LAP Expertise :
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of Loan Against Property (LAP) processes, including credit evaluation, legal aspects, and technical requirements.
- Utilize knowledge of LAP products to assess customer needs and provide tailored financial solutions.
File Sourcing and Assessment:
- Source LAP applications through Direct Selling Agents (DSA) and other channels.
- Conduct thorough evaluations of LAP applications, including creditworthiness, legal documentation, and technical assessments.
DSA Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with DSAs to ensure a consistent pipeline of LAP applications.
- Provide guidance and support to DSAs to enhance their effectiveness in sourcing quality loan applications.
Requirement :
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Loan Against Property (LAP), preferably in Banking/NBFCs.
- Background in Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA/DST) with a good understanding of LAP processes.
Age within 33 years.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
