Manager - Sales - Loan (4-7 yrs)
Job Roles and Responsibilities :
- Sourcing Home Loan from DSA's and Connectors.
- Monitor the Leads and Check for the Quality of Sourcing and Ensure Quick Conversion of Prospects as per the Targets set.
- Completion of Loan Documentation.
- Relationship Management with Channel Partners through regular Visits and Training.
- Implement and Engage in Branch Promotion Activities for Establishing the Brand and Increasing Market Coverage.
Candidate Requirements :
- 4 - 7 Years of Experience in Sales Preferably in HFC or in NBFC
- Minimum 2 years of handling DSA channel
- to liaison & follow-up with external and internal stakeholders
- Knowledge and understanding of the local affordable /mass affluent market
- Good written & verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of compliance regulations as issued by NHB, RBI etc.
- Age : 25 to 35 Years
- CTC : Up to 5 LPA + Incentives
