Job Description :
- Managing cross-sell business through a specified team of sales professionals in a given region or territory.
- Leading a group of sales representatives
- In charge of disbursement goals, sales agent productivity, and conversion
- Ensure that loan documentation is accurate and comprehensive (in accordance with the process standards) and that loans are disbursed on schedule.
- To completely understand the process, stay current on it, and give the team of sales officers the knowledge assistance they need.
Candidate Requirement :
Age : 24 to 38 Years
