- Looking Sales person from Life insurance agency channel having minimum 4 years experiences
Roles And Responsibilities :
- Manage the Productivity and Activity of Premier Agents
- Ensure Promotion of the Selected Pool of Agents to Premier Agents working closely with the Training Team
- Meet the budgeted business numbers
- Maintain minimum Persistency of 85%
- Initiatives to improve Partner Income
- Periodic meeting of Partners & Las
- Support Agency with all relevant report & MIS
Primary Responsibilities :
- External Relations
- Internal Relations
Candidate Profile :
- Bachelor's Degree in any stream
- Minimum 2 to 4 Years of Experience in Sales & Marketing
- Must Have Team Handling Experience.
- Strong Communications Skills
