Manager - Sales - Life Insurance (3-7 yrs)
We are happy to announce that we are seeking for a young and hardworking candidate to join us as a Sales and Marketing Associate on an immediate basis.
Responsibilities :
- Team of Sales Manager will be responsible for the Recruitment of Team (Life Insurance Advisors) from own social and professional network.
- On-field work to reach the maximum customer
- Generate leads in the open market.
- Maintaining a strong relationship with the clients.
- Identifying ways to improve marketing and sales techniques.
- Hire, train, motivate and advise a team of sales representatives
- Personal and professional networks. Use the Need-Based Selling Model when cross-selling insurance, and abide by it.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Qualification: Graduate / MBA
- Age: Min 21 Years - Max 38 Years
- Two-Wheeler Required
- 3 To 7 years of field sales experience
- Staying in the same city for more than 5 years
- Good stability.
