Manager - Sales - Life Insurance (3-11 yrs)
- We are hiring for sales manager for a life Insurance company. Sales experience is required. No counter sales. Field sales experience.
Job Description/Job Responsibilities :
- Hiring agents from personal contacts
- Developing agents through commission-based training.
- Ensure that each agent's activity plan is carried out by monitoring it. according to specified levels.
- Update the Sales Management System and conduct weekly performance reviews (PRP) with the agents.
- Promote & motivate agents for Career progression program to make them
