Manager - Sales - Life Insurance (2-8 yrs)
Roles:
- Establishing a company strategy that addresses the control of sales, revenue, and expenses.
- Reaching the projected sales goals.
- Establishing personal sales goals with the sales team.
- Tracking sales targets and providing updates as needed.
- Monitoring the sales team's performance and activity.
- Coordinating lead generation with marketing.
- Maintaining salespeople's training.

Sales Manager Requirements :
