Job Description :
We are looking for a Area Sales Manager for India's Leading Life Insurance Company in Agency Vertical.
Roles and Responsibility:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Establish connection, business relations to generate leads
- Manage and maintain sales/clients database.
- Establish and maintain efficient relationships with new and existing clients.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports
Candidate Profile:
Qualification: Any Graduation
Experience: 2 to 4 Years in Sales and Marketing in any Industry
Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Ability to coach and teach other team member
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
