Manager - Sales - Life Insurance (2-4 yrs)
- The purpose of this job is to recruit quality advisors train them to enable them procure insurance policies from the market & subsequently service the customers.
Roles and Responsibility :
- Managing team of Advisors and Business partners.
- Self-sourcing of customer leads from own natural market to sell Life Insurance products.
- Ensure Active Advisor productivity is maintained as per the plan.
- Sales Support to your team and customers
Candidate Profile :
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Any Field Sales.
- Candidate must be having field sales experience.
- Candidates from all industry will consider
- Candidate should be Local where applying.
