Job Title : Sales Manager - Life Insurance
Location : Bangalore, India
CTC : INR 3.75 - 4.50 LPA (Fixed CTC)
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement sales strategies to promote life insurance products.
- Lead and mentor a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales management within the life insurance industry.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of life insurance products and market dynamics.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
