Manager - Sales - Life Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed financial sector business objectives.
- Identify and foster new business opportunities, ensuring a constant pipeline of potential clients.
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with existing customers to provide excellent customer service and meet their financial needs.
- Leads, guides and motivates teams of sales professionals to achieve individual and team goals.
- Stay on top of industry trends, market trends and competitive practices to formulate your business strategy.
- Works with cross-functional teams to ensure onboarding and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present sales reports and performance analysis to management.
Requirements :
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in field sales or life insurance.
- Graduation from a recognized university.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Knowledge of the banking and financial services industry
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
Compensation :
Competitive Salary : INR 2.75 to 3.75 LPA
