A cafeteria is necessary :
- First and foremost, you must have at least two years of field sales experience (no exceptions).
- You should be between the ages of 24 and 38.
- Must have own vehicle for transportation.
- Must have lived in the current city for more than 4 years or must have been born and raised in the location mentioned.
- Finally, be prepared to build your own network since this is fieldwork rather than office job.
Responsibilities and roles :
- Reaching growth and sales objectives
- Help agents feel motivated and trained
- Coordinating lead generation with marketing
- You must finish all tasks with that squad.
- Create leads, cultivate client relationships, and grow on them
- Being at your strongest for fieldwork.
- In charge of strengthening your team through personal networking
