Manager - Sales - Life Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Job roles and Responsibilities :
- Greeting walk-in clients
- Inform customers about life insurance products and sell them life insurance products.
- Maintain relationships with current clients and grow your business through their referrals.
- Maintain a daily work report and turn it in to your supervisor.
- Cold call using lead-based data provided by the branch.
- Control producers' daily activities to ensure a robust pipeline.
- Ensuring IRDA compliance with regard to agent licensing and commission payments;
- Coaching and guiding cross-selling and business growth
- Making individual agents grow by at least 20% annually.
- Charged with ensuring that applications are of the highest calibre
- Supporting and advising the producers in all activities pertaining to policy services
- Educate agents on the products, procedures, and USPs of the company that pays agents.
Representatives in your territory should receive training :
- Create and uphold relationships with clients
- Set and surpass sales targets
- Examine data to modify sales tactics
- Creating sales tactics
- Following up on leads and recommendations for business
- Achieving sales goals
- Giving presentations and show
Candidates prerequisites :
- Experience : Minimum of 2-4 years of field-related experience in sales and marketing
- Graduation is necessary
- The applicant must be a resident of the same city
