Manager - Sales - Life Insurance (2-11 yrs)
Job Summary :
- The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business and driving sales of the Life Insurance products. The executive will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and offering suitable insurance solutions.
your responsibilities will include :
- You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve the company's sales targets.
- You will lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and coaching to help them achieve their individual targets.
- You will be responsible for recruiting new sales professionals and providing them with the necessary training to be successful in their roles.
- You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and build long-term relationships with them, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- You will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities and developing strategies to capitalize on them.
- You will ensure that all sales activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
