Manager - Sales - Life Insurance (1-6 yrs)
Roles include :
- An on-roll team of 8- 10 Agency Managers in the Agency Channel will be under the management of the Manager - Agency.
- From their own personal and professional networks, the Agency Manager's team will be in charge of hiring the team (Life Insurance Advisors).
- With the assistance of the training division of life insurance companies, train the team on industry standards to ensure that they are fully prepared to sell life insurance products on the market.
- Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients
- Hiring and training financial consultants, advisors, and other team members
- Preparing and delivering product information to clients; and making cold calls to potential clients.
- Making smart sales decisions
- Sending customer requests and complaints to the appropriate departments.
- Create a financial advisory and agent team using free market resources.
- Lead and inspire a team of advisors and agents
- Assist your team with sales.
- Manage an advisor and agent team
- Recognize the needs of the customer
- Encourage team members to meet goals
Candidate Profile :
- 1 years or more of experience must be in the field of sales and marketing
Educated : Graduate Complete
Agency - Preferred immediate joiner Candidate : Local Candidate
