Manager - Sales - Life Insurance (1-4 yrs)
- We are looking for highly driven individuals with a history in sales who can interact with people and work outside of the office.
Responsibility & Roles :
- Life insurance companies need motivated and attentive managers who can, Identify and recruit potential insurance advisors
- Drive company goals through advisors.
- Coach advisors to be more productive, plan a strategy, and hit the goal. Concentrate on sales team management, geographic coverage, and spread control.
- Gather leads from the general public.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Experience : 1 to 4 years of agency channel exposure
- Age : Minimum 21 Years - Max 38 Years
- Two Wheeler Required'
