Manager - Sales - Life Insurance (1-2 yrs)
Job Purpose Sales Manager :
- The purpose of this job is to recruit quality advisors (freelancer) & support/train them to enable them to procure insurance policies from the market & subsequently service the customers.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Monitor the day to day activity, planning & execution of Agency team.
2. Training the team on Industry standards with the support of training department of Life Insurance Companies to make sure the team is fully equipped to sell Life Insurance products in the market.
3. Ensuring all staff exercises good time management.
4. Provide training and guidance to the sales team to improve their skills and knowledge
5. Manage and lead a team of Banca Channel Sales Executives to achieve sales targets and revenue goals
Salary : 2 Lac To 2 Lac 25 Thousand P.A
Industry : Sales/Marketing
Work Experience : 1 - 2 Years
Qualification : Other Bachelor Degree
