Manager - Sales - Life Insurance (1-10 yrs)
Candidate profile, required :
- B2C direct sales must be in the banking, financial services industry, or life insurance
- Locals are preferred over candidates, and only men are preferred.
- Must possess a vehicle
Achieving branch target requires :
- Identifying New Opportunities in the Market and Developing Relationships with Prospects
-Consultative Sales Approach to Close the New Business
- Predicting & Maintaining a Desirable Sales Pipeline
- Achieve the business target each month for generating new business and advisor recruitment
- Ensure that the selling through team of advisors is aligned to all business quality metrics
- Be the first point of contact for the customer to authenticate the concerns raised and validate with authorities
- Exercise due diligence at first level to prevent unauthorized/ fraudulent transactions
- Candidates who are willing to be mobile and work across locations will be preferred.
- Team of Sales Manager will be in charge of assembling Team (Life Insurance Advisors) from own social and professional network.
- To ensure that the team is fully prepared to sell life insurance products in the market, the training department of life insurance companies will assist in educating the team on industry standards.
- Observe the agency team's daily operations, planning, and execution.
Candidates Profile :
Qualification : Graduation from any stream is required.
Experience : 1-10 years of experience in Sales and Marketing sector in BFSI/FMCG (With Good Stability and team handling experience is More suitable)
