Manager - Sales - LED Components Business (7-10 yrs)

- Managing and Driving the Sales of LED Components in West Region - Mumbai, Gujarat and Pune for LED Chips and LED Drivers business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : 

- Core Responsibilities Driving Sales and Business Development activity for LED Chips for SMD (Surface-Mounted -Device) and COB (Chip-on -Board).

- Driving the Sales and Business Development activity for LED Drivers

- Visiting customers (LED - Luminaire Manufacturer - OEM Customers in entire West Region) for driving the sales while creating new accounts and establishing a strong relationship with existing customers.

- Following up for payments as per the agreed terms.

- Meeting Technical and Quality team for getting the products specified and approved.

- Making compelling proposals in response to incoming enquiries and taking decision accordingly.

People Responsibilities : 

- Independently Handling the Entire Region

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS :

Measurable Deliverables Revenue and Collection of 150-200 Million INR

JOB REQUIREMENTS : 

- Minimum Qualifications Any Engineering Graduate - B.E. / B. Tech//MBA will be an added advantage

- Experience 7 -10 Years in similar Industry-Semiconductor Sales (LED), must have experience in selling any of these LED Chip brands - OSRAM LED, SEOUL, SAMSUNG, CHANGFANG, MLS, RUNLITE & BMTC
