Job Description :
Identifying client leads and developing new client base for leasing
Client management/ servicing at all phases (pre and post transaction)- Handling and closing office space requirement of clients - new space, BTS, consolidation and renewal-, Assessing customer needs and accordingly, devising the best case solution
- Negotiating and closing lease related documents (from both commercial and legal perspective) with CRM Team .
- Handling of client meetings and site visits to apprise them on micro level site information
- Developing marketing strategies and advising the management/senior with inputs on local market conditions, competition, business trends, potential challenges and working on strategies to counter such challenges
- Conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends, demand supply etc
.-Reporting to the Head - Leasing.
Working Days : 6 Days a Week (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM)
