CTC : 6 LPA Up to for sales manager , 9 LPA upto Area Sales Manager
PRODUCT : LAP / LOAN AGAINST PROPERTY, SECURED LOAN, SME ,MSME PRODUCTS.

- Local DSA connect in the catchment to drive LAP ( Affordable LAP- preferred ticket size 10 lakhs to 2Cr).
- Should have individual contributor to the overall business ( LAP )
- To drive business from empanelled DSA or to empanel DSAs who can source LAP
- Should have in depth knowledge of industrial & trading areas for open market direct sourcing ( go getter).
