Job Summary :

- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads and closing deals. The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills, be highly persuasive, and able to work well in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Generate leads through both in-person visits and virtual meetings

- Pitch the Robotics Lab product to schools and explain its benefits to decision-makers

- Build and maintain relationships with school decision-makers

- Provide demonstrations of the Robotics Lab product to interested schools

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop new pitches and strategies to improve conversion rates

- Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, and outcomes in our CRM system

- Follow up with schools to ensure that they have all the information they need to make a decision

- Sales and Marketing experience

- Team management and leadership skills

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

- Experience in the education industry is a plus

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field

Qualifications :

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Highly persuasive with the ability to influence decision-makers

- Ability to work well in a team environment

- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

- Proficient in using a CRM system to manage leads and customer information

- Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets

- Comfortable working with numbers and analyzing data to measure performance.
