Job Description:
To deliver volumes as per operating plan for capital equipments.
To ensure profitability by achieving targets per product per month.
To develop new markets and increase customer base through marketing initiatives.
Sales forecasting
Demonstration of Surgical equipments to Ophthalmic, Neuro Ent, P&R surgeons .
Overall technical support to Surgeons on the entire range of products of Carl Zeiss Surgical Products.
Arranging and overall management of state-level seminars, workshops, conferences etc.
Reporting to Regional Sales Manager.
Managing my team of sales executives at distributors level.
