Our client Established in 2016, to cater to the B2B market, we manufacture, sell locally and export antique temple jewelry. The demand for antique and temple jewelry has increased in India in last 10 years, and we started MRK Gold to fulfill this demand.

The Job : 

Your Responsibilities will include :

- Need to create your team for Business Development, expansion, and Customer Service.

- Identify the sales, marketing, and technical needs to achieve your targets.

- Strategize and generate a quarterly plan for Sales and Hiring.

- Train the team adequately.

- Handle all range of Sales tasks, from acquisition to servicing to retention.

- Give ground feedback to management in a timely manner.

- Align with the technical team to prioritize product development based on market requirements.

Ideal Candidate

Skills Required :

- You have at least 5 years of experience in sales Operations.

- Result-oriented person.

- Experience in Area Sales would be a strong advantage.

- Experience covering consumers is a strong plus.

- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.

- You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high-performing teams.

- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.

- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments.
