Manager - Sales - IT Staffing (5-10 yrs)
- Should have prior exp of Business Development/Sales in IT Staffing - C2H/IT Domestic Staffing/IT Contract Staffing/RPO/MSP/HTD Model/IT Staff Augmentation.
- Willing to travel client locations on need basis.
- Should have IT talent deployment exposure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close.
- Knowledge of lead generation, nurturing and converting a potential lead to appointments
- Good experience in contract staffing, MSP, RPO, and providing SOW based solutions to clients
- Responsible for achievement of revenue target and management business objectives
- Directs the management of sales and sales support activities for staff members to implement growth plans and sales activities
- Develop and implement marketing, sales, and business development plan to exceed target levels.
- Generate new business through strategic-based selling and managing relationships with key customers
