Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background B2B UX/UI Sales, Customer Relationship, Business Operations, Design, and Service to join our team in Navi Mumbai. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients and partners.

Responsibilities :

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue

- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners

- Analyse market trends and customer behaviour to identify opportunities and challenges

- Develop and manage business development budgets and forecasts

- Monitor and report on business development performance and client engagement metrics

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI, B2B Sales, Client Relationship, Business Operations, Design, and Service.

Requirements :

- 5 - 8 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

- Proven track record of successfully driving business growth and identifying new opportunities

- Strong understanding of UX/UI solutions, B2B Sales, Client Relationships, Business, Design, and Service principles and best practices.

- Experience with sales automation tools

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, to be able to interact with client

- Strong presentation and negotiation skills

- Experience with senior executives

- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

- Experience with Large Companies will be a plus
