Manager - Sales - IT Services & Solutions (2-4 yrs)

A leading IT Product Company in the field of Lending is looking for Creative and Passionate professionals in the field of Sales & Business Development who will be responsible for planning, and running product sales process. He/She would be involved in selling our flagship product - miFIN- Lending platform. His/her job will be of hunter for finding new prospects, understand the requirement of customer, pitch solution offering, make demosand nurture a qualified lead for conversion

Preferable

- Minor Degree in IT and Finance would be preferable

- Experience in Financial Services Domain

Educational Qualification:

MBA/Btech - Majors in Sales & Marketing or similar qualification

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead Generation, Customer Demos & Lead Nurturing

- Generate leads using online channels like Linkedin, Google, Webinars and offline channels like print media, network and references

- Run Callout Campaigns to reach out to potential customers

- Qualify potential customers into leads using BANT criteria

- Connect with Customers at CXO level & effectively understand their needs and problem areas and position the right solution to them

- To do product demos and offer solution to client needs & challenges.

- Understand and respond to customer queries and objections

- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.

- Product & Market Understanding

- Thorough understanding of customer use cases and various miFIN- product offerings

- Establish ways to understand market dynamics and competition landscape and USPs

- Sales Process Management

- Prepare and manage sales data, sales tracker and publish periodical detailed and summarized reports.

- Experience and Skills :

- Mandatory :

- 2 to 4 years- experience in selling an IT product or a software service to Enterprise Customers in Indian market.

- Prior experience in target based Solution Sales Role.

- Experience in Lead Generation using established Sales Channels like Email Campaigns, Calling Campaigns etc

- Well versed with new-age lead generation techniques like Linkedin, product webinars

- Passion to read and keep oneself updated about industry news, needs and trends.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

- Expertise with MS Office - Word, Excel, PPT and MS Visio

- Analytical and out-of-the-box mindset

- Strong attention to detail and will for continuous learning

- Uncompromising Passion for Excellence & Solution Orientation
