Job Description :

- We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our team and oversee sales activities in the West India region. The ideal candidate will be based in Mumbai, possess a hunter mindset, and have a proven track record of driving new business and managing existing accounts in the IT services industry, with a specific focus on Microsoft services. If you are a highly motivated individual with a passion for sales and a deep understanding of Microsoft services such as SharePoint, D365, Azure Consulting, .Net Development, we invite you to apply.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the West India region.

- Identify and target new business opportunities, leveraging your existing network and actively prospecting for new clients.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within existing accounts.

- Conduct sales presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to showcase the value proposition of Bloom's application development services and mobile app development solutions, with a specific focus on Microsoft services.

- Collaborate closely with the delivery team to ensure client satisfaction and successful project implementation.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to identify potential business opportunities.

- Prepare and submit accurate sales forecasts, reports, and other documentation as required.

- Represent Bloom Consulting Services Private Limited at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
