Job Role : Business Development (Sales- B2B)- IT Services/Solutions

- Job Location: Work from home/Remote (Permanent)

- Experience Required : 4+ Years in IT Software services/Solutions sales

- Availability : Must be able to Join in Max 30 Days

- Working days: 6 Days (Alternate Saturday are off)

- Budget: 8-12 LPA

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Developing Leads and converting them to customers,

- Conducting demos, Improving sales strategy, sales pitches etc,

- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns, Improving sales strategy

- Promote the company's services addressing or predicting clients objectives.

- Manage proposal response process, including detailed RFP requirements, content creation, and inputs from various sources

- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.

- Presentation of our company to potential customers.

- Building long-term, trusting relationships with customers.

- Proactive search for new business opportunities in the market.

- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.

- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.

- Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships

- Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets

Requirements :

- Must have 4-6yrs experience in the industry and at least 3yrs of sales experience cloud services - erp/crm solution, cloud services or fintech enterprises.

- Bachelor's degree in business or management

- Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Working experience with sales techniques

- Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting

- Proven ability to plan and manage resources.
