Sales Manager for IT consulting/software services

Our Client helps organizations engaging in the use of data - structured or unstructured - with formal analysis - Statistical and Machine Learning - to arrive at insights that help in making better business decisions

Requirements and Duties:

- More than 7 years- experience in Sales of IT consulting/software services with at-least one year experience as Sales manager for IT consulting/software services.

- Experience in sales cycle for projects with team size from 5 people to 50 team members

- Achieve growth and sales targets by successfully managing the inside sales, sales & proposal writer team

- Implement the strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and grow business from current customers

- Should have experience working with global customers, especially for the US and UK markets.

- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of competition status

- Build & promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

- Should understand software development life cycle and multiple software technologies so that he/she can effectively communicate with existing and potential customer(s).

- Manage recruitment, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales team

Desired

- Strong business sense and industry expertise for multiple industry verticals

- Should understand latest technologies like RPA, AI/machine learning etc.

- Educational Qualification - MBA is Sales & Engineering degree is Preferred
